Employing a Class F Wet Chemical extinguishing agent, it effectively neutralizes grease fires, cooling surfaces and preventing re-ignition. The heat-sensitive tube detects fire, activating an indirect system of nozzles through which the extinguishing agent is discharged, evenly suppressing the fire across the hood area.
